S”Tay” With Me 2025

Welcome to our upgraded and updated website! We’re so proud to have a nicer and improved site, with more information and resources for our followers. This November will be the fifth anniversary of the loss of our beloved Taylor. It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost five years already. Life has a way of moving forward. We have a new grandson, Hunter and new great grandchildren, Millie, Bode, Grayson and Ronny due in August that bless us with the joy. We also have the joy of knowing that there are over 200 other people that are alive today because of Live and Love Like Tay. We have proudly been able to prevent at least that many suicides, have sent awareness and prevention information across the United States and raised thousands of dollars towards the cause. Live and Love Like Tay had the honor of carrying the banner and leading the Memphis Campus Walk for the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention Annual Out of the Darkness Walk because Team Taylor was the top fundraising team thanks to our donors. What an incredible honor to be recognized and have Taylor remembered by a huge, national organization. One month later, our prior website reached ,a milestone as well with it 25,000th hit. Our small organization continues to grow and touch lives across the Washington, Tennessee and other parts of the United States. I have been able to make guest appearances and speak regarding the differences between being depressed and depression; the effects of drugs, alcohol, bullying and mental illness on suicide rates; and grieving for the survivors of suicide. I have been able to attend legislative sessions regarding suicide prevention, mental health accessibility, and firearm safety and access. I’ve told our story on podcasts and over the radio, spoken to schools church groups, and recovery centers. Our volunteers have donated hundreds of hours, not only to the prevention and awareness of suicide, but to other community service such as cleaning the graves of our veterans, feeding our first responders during the holidays, taking blessing bags and meals to the homeless and making quilts and blankets for patients at Children’s Hospitals. Because We Care! We want to see change during our lifetime. As of 2-26-2025, US News and World Report reported that every 43 seconds someone dies from suicide, and every minute four males and six females are treated for attempts (55% of the male & 31% of the female attempts were made with a firearm) The only way we can change our world is to Live and Love Like Tay did and listen to others when they are hurting. Stop being judgmental. Help our fellow man when they need a helping hand. Be that person that makes a difference in the world. One person at a time, one family at a time, one organization at a time……

Those who judge will never understand,
and those who understand will never judge.
